Week 11: Diversity, Intercultural Competence, and Conflict

Combining diversity and conflict (15 points–worksheet, 5 points, self-test).

This week you will complete a two part worksheet and a self-test on diversity, intercultural competence, and diversity.

1.  Worksheet:  In the worksheet, you will consider a case study.  Be sure to refer to your lecture notes and to your textbook when considering your answers.  Click here to access the worksheet.

2.  Self-test:  Visit this website http://www.cios.org/encyclopedia/conflict/index.htm.  Review each of the five informational pages (why study, key elements, etc.).  Once you have read each of the pages, complete the self-test accessed at http://www.cios.org/encyclopedia/conflict/selftest.htm.    Report your quiz results on the designated section of the worksheet from #1 (above).
